Condemnation by LM Khaute

Learnt that one Anand Gupta of Zion Street, Churachandpur has been shot dead this evening around 7:00 pm for reasons yet to be ascertained. This cowardly act deserves serious condemnation from one and all as this incident has vitiated the peaceful atmosphere prevalent hitherto in the district. 

I have urged the district police authorities to beef up security in Lamka town and its surroundings and apprehend the culprit (s) responsible for this crime at the earliest. 

I appeal to the public to cooperate with the police for timely detection and arrest of the culprit(s).
