1. Mov of ATs in 2 Mahar AoR

(a)At 300230, 2MAHAR ADP in genA Thangalwai  spotted mov of 11 armed AT( In Police Combats) in 02 Gypsy. On chkg fwg were recovered. 

* 3 AKs  7 Magzines, 210 rds

* 5 INSAS 13 Magzines 260 rds

* 2 SLR 9 Magzines, 180 rds

* 2 No 36 Hand Grenades

* 7 magzines of INSAS LMG

*3 Walkie talkie

(b) On enquiring ATs say they were going from Kakching - Kumbi towards Moirang and further to Imphal.

(c) Police was info. While indls were being taken to Kumbi PS, locals and MPs had blocked the way on Kumbi Jn. 

(d) At around 300300, CO 2 MAHAR reached the loc to negotiate for removal of blockade. The rd is still blocked as on 300600.
