Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has written a letter to Retd. Supreme Court Justice Madan Lokur, Justice Ajit P Shah and Mr. N Ram, that he has accepted the challenge for a debate with Narendra Modi on an open platform .
He further states,"Please do let me know if Narendra Modi agrees to debate with me, and decide the time and place, I'm ready'.
The ball is now with Mr. PM @narendramodi's court..!
