Zawngtah is one of the Zomi food items. It is also known as Parkia speciosa (petai, sataw, sator, sadtor, sa-dtor, bitter bean, twisted cluster bean or stink bean). Zo people who are living North East India used this fresh flat edible bean as one of their favourite food items.
