# Central Haokip Reserved- Semthong Haokip@ Songpi & Teiseng.

# Northern Haokip Reserved -  D. Vaison Haokip & Ukha Loikhai.

Haokip Reserved Land was created by Mr. Cosgrave's Order Vide. Misc Case No.616/1907.

Cancelled in 1938 by Steward Thimp on 18th July, 1938.

Revoked on 6th May, 1942 Vide. Misc. Case No.661/ 1941-42 by T.A Sharpe, ICS, PMSD with boundaries as under for SOUTHERN HAOKIP RESERVED as;

NORTH: Koite Stream
SOUTH: Paldai Stream
WEST: Tuila Stream
EAST: Khuga Stream

Lease Grant from others cancelled on 26th February, 1948 Vide C R.No.01 of 17th March, 1948 under Memo No. 9667- Hill/Oggl. dated, the 14th May, 1948 Order No.8 of 26/2/1947.

Haokip Reserved Forest was created as "OPEN HAOKIP RESERVED" W.e.f the 1st September, 1948 till date, as per order of Hill Minister Vide.Memo No. 9667 - Hill/ Oggl. dated, the 14th May, 1948 with boundaries as below:

NORTH: Masem Lok
SOUTH: Kaite Lok (near Thengbung Hill Range)
EAST: Tuitha Stream
WEST: Thangting Hill Ridge

Haokip Reserved was duly validated by R.K.B.C Singh, Forest Officer vide, dated, the 18th January,1954.

Haokip Reserved Land assented and affirmed by the Deputy Commissioner of Manipur, Vide. Hill Misc. Case No. 4 of 1959.
