It is with deep sorrow that we received the news of the sudden passing of Pu T. Onkhothong Haokip, Founder and Secretary of Young Pillars College, early this morning at RML Hospital, New Delhi.
Haokip was a visionary educationist whose unwavering dedication and commitment to the cause of education have left an indelible mark on our community. Through the establishment of the prestigious Young Pillars College, he provided countless students with access to quality education and opportunities to build a brighter future. His contributions have greatly uplifted the education sector and inspired many.
The Kuki Students' Organisation, Churachandpur, deeply mourns the loss of an eminent personality. His untimely departure has created a void in the field of education that will be difficult to fill.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends, and the entire Young Pillars College community. May the Almighty grant them strength and comfort during this difficult time.
