KIM ELECTION OBSERVATION COMMITTEE (KEOC)                                                                                          
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
17th November 2025

Zo ethnic Kuki nationalists convened a meeting on the 15th November 2025 and formed a Committee to support KIM and assist in its election 2025-28 process and procedures for wider coverage and inclusive up-to-date KIM Election 2025, and elected KIM Election Observers Committee (KEOC) members below for the same.

Resolution No. 1
KIM, the so designated "Apex Body of the Kuki Tribes' Election 2025-2028 Committee must be approached and requested to hold KIM Election at Kuki-Zo Capital of Lamka, Songpi District for the convenience of all cognate tribes and communities.

Resolution No. 2
KIM Election 2025 Committee is also requested to look back at the loopholes of KIM Elections conducted in the past 2016, 2019 and 2022 on SELECTION BASIS, and respect the Memorandum of Understanding between KNF-UKLF-KNO and KReF on the 16th May 2022 to hold KIM Election 2025 in the interest of inclusive Various Kuki tribes and General Public, and not monopolised by AKT/ Kuki fanatics._
