Based on the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2025, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) from 22nd August to 31st August 2025, several candidates from Manipur have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) — the final stage for selection to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and other Central Services (Group 'A' and Group 'B').
According to official data, around 10 lakh candidates applied for the examination, of which 5,83,213 appeared. Out of them, 14,627 qualified for the Mains, 2,736 cleared the Mains, and 1,009 candidates have been shortlisted for the interview round.
From Manipur, the following candidates are among those who have qualified for the Personality Test:

1. Rahul Moirangthem
2. Ningthoujam Rishikant Singh
3. Kangzamba Yumnam
4. Rajkumar Dayananda Singh
5. Andes Aribam Sharma
✅ From the Kuki-Zo community:
1. Calvin Ginminlen Zou
2. Liangousang Vualnam
3. G. Thangmuanlal Guite
There may be additional candidates from Manipur whose names are yet to be confirmed.
The interview phase, to be held in New Delhi, will determine the final selection for India's most prestigious civil services.
