The 2nd Edition of the Inter-School Volleyball tournament Singngat 2026 concluded at the Singngat Police Volleyball Court, Singngat, on 29 August 2026, with St Joseph High school Singngat and Kaikho-En Academy Suangdoh emerging as champions and Runner respectively.
The tournament was organised by the Singngat Police Station, for School under Singngat PS jurisdiction on the occasion of National Sports Day 2026 - Khelega Bharat, Jeetega Bharat. A total of six schools competed in the tournament
Officer-in-charge, Singngat Police Station, James Lianzagou Inspector who attended the closing ceremony as the special guest (chief organiser) encouraged students to take sports seriously as an important part of their co-curricular activities. He urged the participants to play with dedication, discipline and respect for their opponents, while also developing the spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship.
The inspector encouraged students to actively participate in sporting activities rather than remain idle, or doing drugs or involved in bad habits stating that consistent effort and dedication could provide opportunities to compete at higher levels and even represent the nation in the future.
While applauding the performance of Kaikho-En Academy Suangdoh players he congratulate the winner St Joseph High school and He also conveyed his best wishes to all the participating students and fans and encouraged greater participation in sports in the future.
