However, we, the ILKL, will not permit this exchange, and the State Government must ensure their safe return within 5 days. If they fail to do so, we will shut down all Government operations in the State, and alongside all Meitei armed groups, we will launch an offensive against Kangpokpi district to rescue our brothers.
