I am directed to convey Administrative and Financial Sanction (AFS) of Government of India to an amount of Rs.10,466.11 lakh (Rupees One Hundred Four Crore Sixty Six lakh and Eleven Thousand only) to Government of Manipur for the project “Providing super speciality and assured speciality health care in remote and hill districts (Infrastructure & Equipment) in Manipur” under PM-DevINE, as per detailed breakup given below and subject to compliance of the conditions mentioned in Para 2 of this letter:
