The World Kuki-Zo Intellectual Council (WKZIC), vide its „Emergency Meeting", resolutions No. 05 (1), dated, the 18th February 2025, take it seriously and strongly disapproved the „Decision of KZC' in"Calling off Peace Rally" of the 18th February 2025, at the "Eleventh Hour", just at the „Phone Call of Home Minister, Amit Shahji', yielding disapproval from all Kuki-Zo people around, in contrast to "The 7 Points Declaration' of the "3rd Political Discourse & Public Consultation‟, on the 15th February 2025, at M. Songgel Community Hall, of Declaration No. 04 by the Kuki-Zo Council (KZC) and Declaration No. 03 by the Union Home Minister (Amit Shahji, KZC Statement, dated, 19th Feb. 2025) is sternly resented, strongly objected and disappoved by the Kuki-Zo people._
_The Council also at its resolutions No. 05 (ii), resented, and strongly objected the Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM), Department of Political Affairs, in manipulating MP Local Development Development Fund of Rs. 2. 28 Crore, for only one particular tribe, which is deadly against WKZIC Principles of "Equality for all Tribes within Kuki-Zo", and earnestly appealed to KIM for giving explanation and distribute MLADS Fundequally, to all tribes, basing on populations._
_It is also imperative to state that the Indian Constitution guarantees the right of "Freedom of Speech and Expression, as well as the the „Right to Assemble Peacefully' under Articles 19(1)(a) and 19(1)(b),with certain restrictions, if it is against the Sovereignity and Integrity of the nation, keeping in mind that the Kuki-Zo struggle is the long standing „Kukiland Demand‟ for Kuki-Zo under Indian Constitution that started wayback in 1947 by the Kuki National Assembly (KNA) to Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru._
_Reproductions of the "Political Discourse & Public Consultation", „7 POINTS DECLARATIONS No. 03 & 04', held on the 15th February 2025 at M. Songgel Community Hall, is as under, for one and all for references._
*Declaration No. 03: Rejection of Divisive Policies* - _"The State and Central Government Authorities and Agencies such as Political Parties, Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) etc arerespectfully informed not to use any „Divisive Policies' upon Kuki-Zo people, Leaders, CSOs, Organisations, Churches, NGOs, Chiefs and Individuals through Offerings of Political Positions, Party Memberships, Finance Packages, Development Packages, Monetary Compensations or Ex-Gratia, except "Constitutional Political Solutions" in the form of UT/ State within the purview of the „Indian Constitution'. Concerned Authorities (State & Central) shall be held fully responsible for any bribery offered and being received, in lieu of UT/ State"._
*Declaration No. 04: Constant Democratic & Peaceful Mass Movement* _"All sorts of Non-violent, Democratic and Peaceful Agitations, Sit-in-Protest, Peaceful Dharna etc. within the purview of „Constitutional Provisions' (In case of President Rule/ PR) to be continued, as usual under the plateform of Kuki-Zo Council (KZC) and Inpis, throughout all Kuki-Zo areas until and unless our „Constitutional Rights Demand‟ is granted, to live like other fellow Indian citizens, and co-exist peacefully, not to endure again the nighmare „Hardships & Genocides', as during 1917-1919, 1942-1945, 1956-1988, 1993-1997 and 2023 till date."_
