This picture shows people harvesting and cleaning Aigiju (also called Aiju in Kuki), neatly filling baskets with the fruits after much labor. It’s truly the time to encash the reward of months of hard work.
In English, Aigiju/Aiju is called Cardamom — specifically large cardamom (Amomum subulatum), known for its strong aroma and flavour.
