The Ta'ang armed group, Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), announced that the military junta's forces dropped bombs from a warplane in Manhuong village, Monglon township, northern Shan state, which they had captured, and 10 civilians, including a child, died.
The TNLA group also announced that on October 7, at around 12:30 PM, the military junta's forces dropped two 250-pound bombs from a warplane in Manhuong village, which resulted in the death of 10 civilians, and 3 people were injured, while 6 residential houses were also destroyed.
The TNLA armed group stated that due to continuous bombing by the military junta's forces in Shan state's Namtu, Namhsan, Hsipaw, and Kyaukme townships for a week, 20 civilians have died and many have been injured. The Ta'ang (TNLA) armed group reported that the military junta's forces are continuously violating military rules against civilians and are fighting almost every day.
