Dear Sir,

It has come to our notice that the work programs under DA-JGUA, 2025-26 under TA & Hills, Govt. of Manipur which are to be implemented in tribal Hill Areas are on the verge of awarding work orders to contractors who have bided well below estimate even to an extent of -30 (Minus 30) which is a broad daylight robbery complete disregard for the quality of works and practical ground reality. Almost all of the works in the hill districts are compromised because of this unscrupulous nexus between officials and contractors in the name of fulfilling technical norms or guidelines. Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action according.
