Miss Nengneiting Khongsai has made history by becoming the first woman to lead the Kuki Students’ Organisation (KSO) Delhi & NCR. Her election on 8 November 2025 marks an important moment in the organisation’s history. Her courage, determination, and dedication to serving the community have earned her great respect and support.

New KSO-Delhi & NCR Team:

Finance: Chinneilhing Gangte
Social & Cultural Secretary: Bliss Haokip
Education Secretary: Thanglenmang Guite
Sports: Paominlal Khongsai @Lala
Information & Publicity Secretary: Pihoi Touthang
President: Nengneiting Khongsai @ Tingbem

Nengneiting, also known as Tingbem, is an internally displaced person (IDP) from Langching village in Chandel. She has long been involved in community leadership, helping to form the KSOD Executive and contributing actively to the Kuki-Zo Women Forum Delhi (KZWFD. Her election symbolizes a positive step towards inclusivity and women’s empowerment in student leadership.

This achievement also reflects a wider trend of women rising to leadership roles, following examples such as Marbiang Khongwir, the first female president of the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) Delhi Unit, and Bonily Khongmen, the first female Member of Parliament from Assam.

Kukiland Media warmly congratulates Nengneiting Khongsai and her new team. We believe they will continue to promote Kuki culture, education, and community welfare with passion and unity. Wishing them every success in their leadership journey!
