2nd JMG Meeting Since Signing of SoO: Dated: 8th December 2025 (Monday)

Place: Kangpokpi.

Brief Report from UPF Delegates of Kangpokpi:

1. Sanctions for Camp Relocation: According to government representatives, this must be processed through the Manipur Police Housing Corporation (MPHC) and may take some time.

2. Cadre's Stipend: Government representatives say they are willing to approve a two-month DBTS sanction. But we flatly refused, telling them that because we did not sign the SoO for the stipend, UPF and KNO will no longer accept the stipend if this is implemented. This will be again discussed in Delhi. Nothing has been decided on.

3. Cadre Re-verification: According to government representatives, forms will be distributed to gather cadre information or details through the appropriate SP. We informed them that we would not be able to work with them on this issue until all backlog stipends were paid in the same manner prior to signing the SoO.
