A combined team of the Manipur Police and the 19 Garhwal Rifles recovered a cache of arms, explosives, and other warlike stores during a joint operation in the forest area of K. Thenjang Village, Churachandpur district, on 14 July 2026.
The recovery was made during a search operation carried out in the area. The seized items included weapons, explosives, and other materials believed to be associated with militant activities. Further investigation and follow-up operations are underway.
