Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign Celebrated Across Pherzawl Schools

PHERZAWL, August 13, 2026 (DIO): The spirit of patriotism resonated across educational institutions in Pherzawl district as the nationwide Har Ghar Tiranga (HGT) Campaign 2026 was observed with enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and staff.

Organised by the Zonal Education Office, Pherzawl, in collaboration with schools and under the overall supervision of the District Administration, the district-wide campaign transformed classrooms and campuses into vibrant centres of national pride.

As part of the celebrations, students engaged in Tiranga-themed activities, sang the National Song Vande Mataram and proudly displayed the National Flag. The events were aimed at strengthening the spirit of patriotism and spreading the message of the Har Ghar Tiranga movement, which encourages citizens to honour the Tricolour with pride and respect.

The campaign covered as many as 130 educational institutions across the district, including Pherzawl Govt. High School, Parbung Govt. Higher Secondary School, Tuipiphai Government Aided Junior High School, Songtal Government High School and Sumtuh JB School, among others.

In a display of collective national spirit, the initiative was observed across all educational institutions in the district, reflecting a collective commitment to fostering national pride and patriotism among the younger generation through meaningful civic participation.
