Tengnoupal EVM/VVPAT Warehouse Opening Set for Inspection

TENGNOUPAL, September 5, 2026 — The Office of the District Election Officer/DC, Tengnoupal District, issued an official notice dated September 3, 2026, regarding the scheduled opening of the District EVM/VVPAT Warehouse.

The warehouse, located on the 1st floor of the EVM/VVPAT warehouse building at the Deputy Commissioner's Office Complex in Chandel, will be opened on September 7, 2026 (Monday) at 12:00 noon. The opening is scheduled for the mandatory quarterly inspection of the warehouse, conducted by the District Election Officer/DC, Tengnoupal, under para no. 1.3.6 (ii) of the Manual on Electronic Voting Machine (8th Edition, August 8, 2023).

District Presidents, General Secretaries, and representatives of all recognized National and State political parties functioning within Tengnoupal District have been requested to attend personally or send responsible representatives to observe the opening and closing of the warehouse without fail.
