Manipur Extends Teacher Application Deadline to Nov 5

IMPHAL — The Directorate of Education (Schools), Government of Manipur, has officially extended the deadline for online submission of application forms and relevant documents for various teaching and resource positions. According to the notification issued by Director of Education (S) Ng. Bhogendra Meitei, the deadline is now extended until November 5, 2026.

Key Details of the Notification:

• Extended Deadline: Eligible candidates can now submit their applications online until November 5, 2026.

• Applicable Posts: The extension covers posts including Resource Person (CWSN), Special Graduate Teacher, Hindi Graduate Teacher, and Hindi Primary Teacher.

• TET-2026 Provision: Candidates who appeared for the TET-2026 (Paper-I) on October 11, 2026, and fulfill prescribed conditions are allowed to provisionally apply for the Hindi Primary Teacher post upon producing their TET-2026 admit card. Final selection remains subject to passing the TET 2026.
