WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE UNILATERAL DECISION TAKEN BY CHAIRMAN MUANSANGLIAN WITHOUT CONSULTING CABINET AND CADRES

This press release is issued by the all Cadres of USRA regarding the recent decisions taken by Chairman Muansanglian. It has come to our knowledge that Chairman Muansanglian has taken some very important decisions of the Organisation on his own personal will, without consulting, without informing and without taking into confidence the Cabinet, the GHQ and the Cadres of USRA. Taking such important decisions of the Organisation unilaterally without discussion is a total violation of the Constitution and the Rules and Regulations of USRA Organisation.

Therefore, we hereby clarify that:
1. Any decision taken by Chairman Muansanglian on his own personal interest is not the decision of the USRA Organisation. It is his personal decision only.

2. We, the Cabinet and all the Cadres of USRA, do not accept and strongly reject his unilateral decisions. We have no knowledge of it and we are not a part of it.

3. All important matters of the Organisation must be decided collectively after thorough discussion with the Cabinet, GHQ and Cadres, not by a single individual.

Therefore, we want the general public to know that the recent decision taken by the Chairman is not in the name of USRA, and we Cadres, do not accept it.
