GoI sanctions 5 lakhs for burials in Delhi

A GOOD NEWS, but not a good things indeed. 

REGULARLY many Northeast poor employees in an unorganised private sectors die due to diseases, suicides, etc in Delhi, on my persistence  appraisal to Central Government of my helplesness as dead cases are increasing day by day and difficulties in arranging money for BURIALS (Cross, Coffin, Cost of grave digger, Fee for burial at Graveyard, Cost of dead body transportation to grave by vehicle, Labour charges for shifting dead bodies, etc) and CREMATIONS expenditures woods, ghee,
white cloth, pujas articles, year, Govt of India had allotted me Rs 5 lakhs (five) as burial and cremation fund for poor NE people. This was the message IGP Robin Hibu IPS, Delhi, shared in the social media groups on 04 April 2018.

“After giving free of cost burials and cremations for poor NE people at Graveyards at Dwarka Sector 23 and Burari Burial place and free Cremation at Punjabi Bagh Crematorium on request of Helping Hands Ngo. I could save 3.70 lakhs for this year (2018) and have handed over New Nodal Officer Mr David Lalringsanga IPS for NE people in Delhi for sanctioning money from this burial/ cremation fund by him. (His mobile is 8130099015)”, says Hibu.

Any NE people need assistance may like to seek the money for burial and cremation from the nodal officer for NE people. Helping Hands NGO will send free coffin of poor and struggler by Indigo and Vistara Airlines to any airport in NE states. They need to apply at email: helpinghands2016@gmail.com

Enclose scan documents or attested copies of Dead Certificate, Police Report, PM Report, Embalming Certificate, Identity Proof of Dead Person, Identity Card or Student Card. Anyone can recommend, however, would request through community organisations for free coffin.

“Its painful to bury in many cases completely decomposed dead bodies in Delhi of many NE youth like last week total decomposed dead of one Mehgalaya female in Munirka,” expressed Robin Hibu, adding, “What is worrying me most is that ... still hundreds youth from NE states are coming regularly in search of jobs in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad for paltry salary”.
