The World Kuki-Zo Intellectual Council (WKZIC)-GHQ, Songpi -Lamka, Kuki Hills, Outer Manipur acknowledges the *"Deligence & Persistence"* of Miss. Judith Laltanpui Pakhuongte,a final year in Psychology Master of Mizoram University for her 'Dessertation Research', *"On Community Violence and Societal Marginalization Impact the Mental Health of the Kuki-Zo People in Manipur".

WKZIC and Miss Judith have come into terms and accorded over the terminology of Kuki-Zo people of Manipur in her Master‟s degree dessertation at the voluntary arbitration of *Pu Govindra S. Hunjan,* a Kuki-Zo hardcore and wellwisher supporter of WKZIC and Miss. Judith.

We greatly appreciate Miss. Judith Laltanpui Pakhuongte of Mizoram University (MU) for her deligence, persistence and brilliance with discipline and focus on her *"Academic Study & Research'* with insightful mastery and precision to achieving her academic pursuit for the benefits of the victim marginalized Kuki-Zo people of Manipur's Mental Health impacted by the current *"Meitei-Kuki Conflict"* n particular, and as whole for all the Kuki-Zo people socially and politically in their long cherished dream and relentless struggle for their legitimate demand for Union Territory with Legislature under Article 239of the Indian Constitution.

WKZIC acknowledges and recognise the vountary pain of responsibility undertaken by Judith Laltanpui, for the sake of victimed Psychological impacted Kuki-Zo people of Manipur in the current Manipur Mayhem premeditated and launched by the majority Meitei Manipuris upon minority Kuki-Zo people.

We appreciate, admire and recognise the contributions she made and wish her a 'Grand Success' in her endeavour to accomplish and complete her Research dessertaions, and appeal all concerned Kuki-Zo people to cherish, applaud and support Miss. Judith Laltanpui Pakhuongte in her academic research dessertation.
