A crucial meeting of Ministry of Home Affairs, the United People’s Front and Kuki National Organisation took place at New Delhi on 5 August 2025 concerning extension of Suspension of Operations and political solution.

Revision of the SoO ground rules and deliberations on designated Camps consolidation and relocation issues were discussed extensively. The meeting concluded on a positive note with agreement on all issues and hope for early signing of the Agreement.
