I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Gloria Gangte on her appointment as the next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Norway. A 2000 batch IFS officer, Ms. Gangte has served the nation with distinction, most recently as India's High Commissioner to Malta.
