The Thadou Inpi Manipur (TIM), the apex body of the Thadou people in Manipur, extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Thadou Students' Association (TSA-GHQ/AITSA) on the occasion of its 68th Foundation Day.
Founded on 29th October 1957 at Motbung, Manipur, the TSA stands as the first organised and official Thadou body in modern Thadou society. We pay deep respect to the pioneering student leaders whose foresight and dedication gave rise to this historic organisation.
The Thadou Inpi Manipur, established on 1st March 1984 as the Thadou National Council, Manipur, inspired in no small measure by the foundational work and guiding principles of the TSA, acknowledges the enduring legacy of the Association, which has remained the cornerstone of the Thadou cause and continues to be a steadfast champion of Thadou unity, rights, and progress.
On this auspicious day, TIM conveys its best wishes to all members of the TSA across its Central, Branch, Block, and Unit levels, and expresses its firm belief that the TSA will persist as a source of strength and inspiration to the Thadou people, particularly to the younger generation, in promoting peace, understanding, and solidarity among all communities in Manipur and beyond.
