Manipur orders transfer, posting of nine officials statewide

IMPHAL — The Government of Manipur has ordered the transfer and posting of nine government officials with immediate effect and until further orders, according to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms on August 24, 2026.

Among the changes, H. Balkrishna Singh, MCS, Additional Secretary (Home/Relief & Disaster Management) and Director (Relief & Rehabilitation) and Project Director, LDA, has been posted as Additional Secretary (Home/Relief & Disaster Management) and Project Director, LDA.

Bidvarani Ayehsam, MCS, has been posted as Joint Secretary (DP/Works) and Director (Relief & Rehabilitation), while Laishram Doli Devi, MCS, has been posted as Joint Secretary (Power/Cooperation).

Dr Sonia Oinam, MCS, has been appointed Director (MIS), Controller of Examination, Manipur Staff Selection Commission and Registrar, Manipur Staff Selection Commission.

Daryal Juli Anal, MCS, has been posted as Joint Secretary (TA & Hills/Horti & SC) and Controller of Examination, MPSC.

Anjali Chongtham, MCS, has been posted as Joint Secretary (E&K-SP) and Joint Secretary, Manipur Staff Selection Commission & ASP/SSA.

Songeiring Khuopui Aimol, MCS, has been posted as Joint Secretary (Planning/Social Welfare).

The order also changes the postings of Solomon Lianlenlien Fimate, MCS, and Ranjit Maisnam, SDC, assigning them responsibilities in Suangdoh and the Directorate of Settlement & Land Records respectively.

The order was issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Personnel Division, on behalf of the Governor of Manipur.
