9-MEN FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT AND INTER-VILLAGE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

This is to notify all interested Clubs, Associations and Organisations that the 1st YVA Sangaikot Block Annual Open Football and Inter-Village Volleyball Tournament - 2026 will be held at Dumlian Village Playground, Sangaikot Sub-Division, Churachandpur commencing from 13th October, 2026.

All concerned are requested to kindly note the following:

1. Last Date of Admission: 10th October, 2026

2. FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT - Prizes and Awards:
1st Prize: ₹ 1,00,000/- + Trophy
2nd Prize: ₹ 50,000/- + Trophy
Best Player: ₹ 3,000/- + Certificate
Best Goalkeeper: ₹ 3,000/- + Certificate
Top Scorer: ₹ 3,000/- + Certificate
Entry Fee: ₹ 4,000/- + ₹ 1,000/- (Refundable Security)

3. INTER-VILLAGE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

A. Men's Volleyball:
1st Prize: ₹ 30,000/- + Trophy
2nd Prize: ₹ 15,000/-
Entry Fee: ₹ 2,500/-

B. Women's Volleyball:
1st Prize: ₹ 20,000/- + Trophy
2nd Prize: ₹ 10,000/-
Entry Fee: ₹ 2,000/-

4. Eligibility & Verification: Players' identification will be verified through Aadhaar Card or Church Letterhead bearing the seal and signature of the Pastor / Head Deacon.
