KPA to Take Action Against MLA Kimneo Haokip Hangshing

LAMKA — The Kuki People’s Alliance (KPA) has raised strong objections following the participation of Mrs. Kimneo Haokip Hangshing, MLA of 46-Saikul (ST) AC, in the ongoing Manipur Legislative Assembly session.

According to an official press note issued by KPA General Secretary Sominthang Doungel on September 2, the MLA attended the assembly session unilaterally without prior consultation, executive approval, or adherence to the party’s collective decision.

​The party leadership stated that it views the act with utmost seriousness. The matter will undergo detailed internal deliberation, and further necessary action will be initiated in accordance with the KPA party constitution.
