TSP-ONFT DAY 4 CHIEF GUEST: REV. T. CHINMINLIAN
Open Letter to Nemcha Kipgen, LM Khaute, Ngursanglur Sanate
Nemcha Kipgen, LM Khaute, Ngursanglur Sanate - the so-called 'Three Idiots' - you were not elected, but selected by some individual militant group, to represent our community. Instead of serving the people, you have used your positions for personal gain and to undermine the interests of the Kuki people.
We unequivocally demand that you resign from your positions immediately. Your continued presence in the government is an affront to our community and a significant obstacle to progress.
Down with Nemcha Kipgen, LM Khaute, Ngursanglur Sanate, the traitors of the Kuki community! Shame on you!
On behalf of the Kuki people,
Sasang Haokip

UTC ECLAS Research Meet Invites Bible Teachers in Delhi
Invitation to Bible Teachers
Greetings from the United Theological College, Bangalore.
UTC is conducting a Pan-India research initiative as part of the Equipping Christian Leaders in the Age of Science (ECLAS) project, which involves pastors and theological teachers. This research requires a sample of ten individuals from each category. We are visiting seminaries and institutions to engage in conversations with pastors and Bible teachers to identify effective ways they integrate science into their expressions of faith. We also plan to hold a meeting with theological teachers. In light of this endeavour, we seek your cooperation and support in organizing a session at your place.
Manipur: Kuki-Zo MLAs face bounties after joining new government
The document, issued under the letterhead of the "Office of the Village Volunteer, Eastern Zone, Kuki-Zo-Gam," offers substantial financial rewards for the killing of the three politicians. The notice identifies the targeted individuals as:
Nemcha Kipgen: Reward of Rs. 20 lakhs
L. M. Khaute: Reward of Rs. 10 lakhs
Ngursanglur Sanate: Reward of Rs. 10 lakhs
The "To Whom It May Concern" notice, dated February 4, states that rewards will be paid to any individual or group responsible for the deaths of these MLAs. Furthermore, the group has promised to provide "materials or logistical support" to anyone willing to carry out what they describe as a "mission."
The threat appears to be a direct response to the MLAs' decision to join the "popular government," a move that has seemingly caused a deep rift within local factions. The document bears the slogan "In defence of our Ancestral land" and is signed by the "Information & Publicity" wing of the Village Volunteers.
Local authorities have not yet issued an official statement regarding the authenticity of the letter, but security concerns for the three lawmakers have reached a critical level.
The move to join the new administration was seen by many as a step toward political stability, yet this latest development highlights the extreme volatility and personal danger facing elected officials in the region.
Open Letter to PM Modi
We urge you to cease politicizing the lives of the Kuki people. Your government's failure to resolve the Kuki-Meitei conflict in Manipur over the past three years is glaring. Forming a government without addressing the core issues is not a solution.
Your approach appears to be dividing the Kuki community by enticing select MLAs, which is unfair to India's tribal populations. A true leader listens to the people's sentiments, not just a few leaders. We request you to heed the voice of the Kuki people and work towards a political solution that addresses their concerns and aspirations.
Modi, please abandon your divisive tactics of manipulating Kuki MLAs to form a government in Manipur. Stop playing with fire. The Kuki people won't be silenced. We demand a just and fair political solution by granting the Kuki community a separate administration. This is the only viable solution.
If any mistake is made, and one more step is taken towards forming a government without addressing Kuki grievances, there will be more violence than what we saw on May 3rd, 2023. The Kuki community will not tolerate further neglect.
Sincerely,
Sasang Haokip

KLA-L Warns Kuki-Zo MLAs Against Joining Manipur Govt
will, political resolve, and aspirations of the Kuki-Zo people, finds it imperative to issue
this unequivocal reiteration: no Kuki-Zo MLA has the mandate to participate in the
formation of a Popular Government in Manipur under the present circumstances. The position of non-participation is neither arbitrary nor negotiable. It is a conscious, unified political decision born out of sustained injustice, persecution, and the complete
erosion of trust in the existing administrative and political framework of the State. Any
attempt to undermine or bypass this collective decision amounts to a direct defiance
of the people's will.
In this context, the KLA-L issues a clear and final warning: any Kuki-Zo representative
who chooses to participate in the formation ofa Popular Government shall be deemed
to have acted in betrayal of the collective voice of the Kuki-Zo people. Such individuals
will do so in their personal capacity and without the consent, approval, or moral
authority of the people they claim to represent.
The KLA-L will be compelled to initiate
decisive and uncompromising measures-political, organizational, and disciplinary- against any individual daring to defy the collective mandate.
Furthermore, any untoward developments arising from such participation shall rest
solely and squarely on the shoulders of the participating KukiZo MLAs, who must be
prepared to bear full responsibility for the consequences of their actions. This is a
moment of historic reckoning and the Kuki-Zo people will not tolerate opportunism,
political convenience, or personal ambition being placed above collective dignity, justice, and survival. The KLA-L remains steadfast in defending the political will of the
Kuki-Zo people and calls upon all representatives to act with conscience, courage, and
accountability.

Kuki Inpi Delhi appeals to Kuki-Zo MLAs to refrain
All the Kuki-Zo Hon'ble MLAs
Subject: Appeal urging KukI-Zo MLA's to refrain from participating in the formation of a Popular Government in Manipur – Reg.
Hon'ble Sirs/Madams,
As you are aware, the Kuki-Zo people have endured decades of systemic marginalization within Manipur, culminating in the recent violence that has claimed nearly 300 lives and displaced more than 60,000 people. These tragic events have laid bare the complete failure of the Manipur State Government to protect the lives, rights, and dignity of minority Kuki-Zo communities.
2. The brutal attacks on Kuki-Zo civilians and elected representatives constitute irrefutable evidence that peaceful coexistence within the present political and administrative structure of Manipur has become impossible. Public trust has been shattered, and democracy reduced to a hollow promise.
3. For the Kuki-Zo people, the demand for a Separate Administration in the form of a Union Territory with Legislature is not a matter of political negotiation, but one of survival and constitutional justice. It remains the only viable path to safeguard our land, identity, and political future.
4. In this context, the KID & NCR strongly urges all Kuki-Zo Hon'ble MLAs not to participate, support, or legitimize the formation of any Manipur Government led by the majority community. Any such participation would amount to a betrayal of the collective will and suffering of our people.
5. The world is watching. History will judge the choices made at this critical moment.
