The recovered items have been handed over to Manipur Police. Acting on specific intelligence of presence of arms and ammunition in the fringe areas of Kangpokpi amd Bishnipur districts, Indian Army and Manipur Police launched a joint operation and recovered one 9 mm Carbine, one 9 mm Pistol, five Grenades, ammunition and war like stores.
The recovered items have been handed over to Manipur Police.
