In light of the claims made by Kuldiep Singh, the Security Advisor of Manipur and Head of Unified Command, regarding the infiltration of 900 unauthorized Kuki Militants from Myanmar into India with the intent to assault the Indigenous Meitei/Meetei people, we urge all Athouba/Meitei Nongsa to prepare for a preemptive strike against them before they can launch their attack on us.

In warfare, the most effective defense is often the best offense, which is why Ima Leibak Kanba Lup (ILKL) has issued this advisory to the Arambai Tenggol, UNLF (P), KYKL, PLA, and KCP factions to remain alert and ready to strategically counterattack Kuki-populated areas in Manipur. This announcement follows a comprehensive cabinet meeting within our organization aimed at gearing up for an all-out war, and we must mobilize all concealed weapons of the Meitei Revolutionary Groups to completely eradicate the Kuki presence in Manipur.
