Maj.Gen.(Rtd.) Ang Mai, President, GPRN and Supreme Commander of Naga Army had given promotion to Maj.Gen.Todimong, Naga Army from Khiamniungan Region(Myanmar) to his next higher rank 'Lieutenant General' on the 1st of February, 2025. He is also assigned as the Military.
In the year 1985, he was posted in Pachaw in Kachinland near the Chinese border in the capacity of NNC/Naga Army representative to contact the Chinese Authorities and its agencies.

Supervisor, Khiamniungan Region,GPRN. A native of Tsemhuk village, he join the Naga Army on 30th of June,1976, infact he was a part of the 1976 batch Naga Army trained by People's Liberation Army (PLA) of the People's Republic of China.
