Security Forces continue to conduct search operations and area domination in the fringe and vulnerable areas across districts, resulting in recovery of arms and ammunition:
On 04.10.2025, Security Forces recovered from Kanglatombi area under Sekmai-PS, Imphal West district the following:
i. 01 (one) 9 mm Carbine Sub Machine Gun along with one magazine,
ii. 01 (one) .303 Rifle along with one magazine,
iii. 01 (one) 9 mm Pistol along with one magazine loaded with three rounds,
iv. 01 (one) .32 pistol along with one magazine,
v. 07 (seven) local made bolt action single barrel guns,
vi. 01 (one) local made single barrel gun,
vii. 03 (three) BAOFENG hand held sets,
viii. 10 (ten) rounds of .303 ammunition,
ix. 06 (six) barrel cartridges,
x. 01 (one) BP Patka,
xi. 03 (three) helmets,
xii. 02 (two) BP vests,
xiii. 01 (one) magazine pouch,
xiv. 04 (four) fibre plates and
xv. 02 (two) bags.
