The
Kangpokpi District Administration has officially launched the nationwide
Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign, "Jan Bhagidaari
Sabse Door, Sabse Pehle," following an announcement by Additional Deputy
Commissioner, Shri Lamminlal Simte, MCS, in the Conference Hall of DC Complex.
In
his address, Additional Deputy Commissioner issued a strong call to action,
urging all line departments, Sub-Divisional Officers, and community
stakeholders to maintain tight administrative coordination to ensure the
smooth, successful delivery of vital benefits directly to the public throughout
the campaign week. Tracing its origins back to the launch of the landmark PM
DASGVA and PM JANMAN schemes by the Honorable Prime Minister on October 2,
2024, this expansive week-long drive runs from May 18 to May 25, 2026. The
localized implementation framework in Kangpokpi is strategically mapped across
9 development blocks, consolidating 59 targeted villages into 16 operational
clusters.
The
core objective of this intensive campaign is to create comprehensive grassroots
awareness regarding welfare initiatives and to host dedicated beneficiary
saturation camps to ensure no eligible tribal resident is left behind. To
maximize community impact, the district administration is driving coordinated
policy interventions aimed at achieving full scheme saturation and
infrastructure development to the targeted beneficiary. The campaign covers 25
distinct policy interventions spanning 17 Central ministries under the PM
DASGVA framework, alongside an additional 11 targeted interventions from 9
ministries dedicated specifically to the PM JANMAN scheme.
