CCSU Meets New Principal, Discusses Key Student Issues

Lamka, June 6, 2026: The Students’ Union of Churachandpur College (Autonomous) held its first official meeting with the newly appointed Principal on Saturday at his office to discuss matters relating to student welfare and the academic development of the institution.

During the meeting, the Union raised several important issues, including the introduction of new subjects, the report of its previous interaction with the Manipur University team, campus renovation works, commencement of classes, admission-related matters, the conduct of clean and fair examinations, and future programmes and activities of the Union.

As part of the visit, Union leaders also inspected the ongoing renovation works being carried out within the college campus.

The Students’ Union reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining close coordination and constructive cooperation with the college administration under the leadership of the new Principal. The Union expressed hope that such collaboration would contribute significantly to the welfare of students and the overall progress and development of Churachandpur College.
