KIM: Rejoinder to NSCN-IM's Rebuttal Statement of 5th June 2026

Kuki Inpi Manipur categorically rejects the NSCN-IM’s rebuttal as an exercise in denial and evasion. Our statement dated 5th June 2026 is not “fabrication”, “misinformation”, or an “opportunistic exploitation of human tragedy”. It is a factual record of documented collusion between NSCN-IM elements and Meitei radical groups, including arms supply, safe havens, and direct participation in attacks on Kuki villages -supported by survivor testimonies and ground evidence. Kuki Inpi respects the right of any people, including the Nagas, to pursue genuine self-determination through honourable and legitimate means. However, we will not tolerate any campaign conducted in the name of self-determination that results in the systematic killing, displacement, and suffering of the Kuki people.
