Lamka, July 09, 2026: The Students’ Union of Churachandpur College (Autonomous) has announced the temporary closure of the Administrative Block, citing the prevailing situation on campus.
In its press release on 6 July 2026, the Union explained that the decision was taken to maintain peace, harmony, and a conducive atmosphere within the college community. It emphasized that the measure is necessary to prevent untoward incidents and safeguard the interests of students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and the wider public.
The Union appealed to everyone to remain calm, cooperate with the Union, and refrain from spreading rumors or engaging in disruptive activities. It assured that updates regarding the reopening of the Administrative Block will be communicated through official channels as the situation develops.
