KSO Appeals for Swift Resolution in CCpur College Row

Lamka, July 6, 2026: The Kuki Students’ Organisation (KSO), Lamka District, has issued an official appeal urging immediate resolution of the dispute surrounding the Principal of Churachandpur Government College.

In its letter, signed by President Lienminlal Gangte, the KSO voiced concern that the ongoing imbroglio is damaging the academic growth of the institution and its students. With the new academic session already underway, the organisation stressed that the college’s functioning must not be disrupted.

The appeal called on the concerned department to act promptly, emphasizing that the institution should not be politicized or communalized. It further urged all stakeholders to respect and adhere to government orders regarding the Principal’s post.

Highlighting the need for stability, the KSO pressed for the appointment of a regular Principal, stating that such a move would serve the overall development and best interests of the college community.
