Har Ghar Tiranga Bike Rally Adds Patriotic Fervour to Pherzawl’s I-Day Preparations

PHERZAWL, August 14 2026: The spirit of patriotism swept through Pherzawl as the district administration organised a bike rally under the Har Ghar Tiranga 2026 campaign, adding momentum to preparations for Independence Day.

The rally was flagged off from the Pherzawl DC Office Complex by Deputy Commissioner Shri Anunay Anand, IAS. He was joined by Superintendent of Police Shri T. Lalboi Haokip, MPS, and Special AIG (Housing) Shri Lunkhomang Khongsai, MPS. Officers from various departments and other participants also took part in the rally.

Addressing the participants before the rally, the Deputy Commissioner said the National Flag represents the hopes and aspirations of millions who fought for India’s freedom and serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made for the nation.Around 60 bikers participated in the Tiranga Rally.

He urged citizens to hoist the Tricolour with due respect as a tribute to the freedom fighters and all those who made supreme sacrifices for the country.

The Har Ghar Tiranga bike rally added a strong patriotic touch to Pherzawl’s Independence Day preparations, reinforcing the campaign’s message of national pride and respect for the Tricolour.
