A 44-year-old woman, Ningngaihsiam, wife of Chinliantuang Naulak of Behiang (T)-Sialsih, was allegedly killed by her husband while they were travelling towards Chikha village on August 22, 2026.
The couple had reportedly been staying in Suanghoih village, where they were engaged in labour work.
Ningngaihsiam’s body was later taken to the mortuary of Lamka District Hospital for post-mortem examination.
However, as of the time of writing, the husband, who is the alleged perpetrator, had not been arrested.
