Jamshedpur FC to Exit ISL from 2026–27 Season Onwards

Jamshedpur, August 3m 2026: Jamshedpur Football Club has officially announced that it will not participate in the Indian Super League (ISL) from the 2026–27 season onwards.

In a club statement, the management said that while the team will exit the ISL, JFSPL remains committed to the growth and development of football in India. The organisation will continue promoting the sport, particularly at the grassroots level, by identifying and nurturing young talent and creating pathways for players to progress to national and international football.

The club also expressed heartfelt gratitude to its loyal supporters, who have passionately backed the team at the JRD Tata Sports Complex since its inception in 2017. It thanked its players, coaches, staff, employees, and all associated personnel for their contributions to the club's journey over the past decade.

Jamshedpur FC further acknowledged the support of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and wished both the AIFF and the ISL continued success in their future endeavours.
