Gunbattle Reported at Taodaijang Village; Four Cadres Killed

IMPHAL, November 4, 2026: A gunbattle reportedly broke out between the ZUF (J) and a joint group comprising the NSCN-IM, NSCN (K) and ZUF Kamson Group at Taodaijang Village, Noney district, Manipur, in the early hours of Wednesday. According to local sources, the exchange of fire took place at around 4:00 am on November 4. Sources reported that one cadre of the NSCN-IM and three cadres of the ZUF (J) were killed in the gunbattle. Further details are awaited.
