In Loving Memory of Mamang Guite

OUR beloved brother, Mr. Gousaunmang Guite — fondly known as Mamang — was someone we affectionately called Bose Mang, because he always had a leader’s heart. He liked to imagine leading all his close friends under his “supreme command.”

I still remember him joking, “When I become a police officer, I will always check you guys. Your vehicles will be inspected properly!” It was his playful way of showing us his “authority.”

Mamang was hardworking and humble, with a heart full of kindness and a love for jokes that always made us laugh.

Sadly, illness took our dear Bose Mang from us, and on May 15, 2019, he left for his heavenly home in his village, Zahong.

Rest in peace, Mamang. We will deeply miss you: our affectionate, loving Boss of the good days.
