On 09.12.2023, Manipur Police successfully rescued 1(one) abducted person and arrested the 8(eight) kidnappers who are active cadres of KCP(PWG) from Imphal West in connection with Kidnapping & Ransom case registered at Imphal PS. Further, 1 (one) Ghatak rifle with 1(one) magazine containing 10(ten) ammunition, 1(one) AK-47 rifle with 1(one) magazine containing 06(six) ammunition, 1(one) .32 pistol with 1(one) magazine containing 6(six) ammunition, 13(thirteen) mobile handsets, 1(one) sword (samurai) and 2(two) cars were also recovered from their possession.
