Dr. Zing Messar has been appointed to the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax), while Bullo Manku has secured a position in the highly esteemed Indian Foreign Service (IFS). Their outstanding achievements reflect not only personal excellence but also bring pride and inspiration to the entire state.
