It has come to our attention that a recent Condemnation letter from Kuki Students Organisation, letter vide number: KSO-SWSH/C 61/25, dated the 4th October 2025, has alleged Arambai Tenggol associating with an acts of brutal and near-lethal torture purportedly committed upon Mr. Kamginlan Chongloj, on the midnight of 2nd October 2025 between Makhan and Leikhanpokpi. These claims are baseless , and entirely misleading, and are intended to distort facts and misinform the public.
We categorically deny all allegations of any form, and Arambai General Headquarters reiterates that it is in no way related to Arambai Tenggol. We would also like to humbly inform the concerned authorities to strictly adhered to due process and established procedures. The incident in question which has alleged upon AT and circulated widely in public domains should be monitored in accordance with prescribed legal and administrative norms.
It is deeply regrettable that certain individuals or groups have chosen to circulate unverified and sensationalized accounts without substantiating evidence. Such misrepresentations not only harm the reputation of AT, but also mislead the public and obstruct ongoing due processes.
We reaffirm our commitment to transparency, accountability, and lawful conduct in every action undertaken.
We urge media representatives and members of the public to refrain from spreading unverified allegations and to rely only on factual, officially verified information. Any attempt to sensationalize or fabricate such serious claims will be dealt with under the relevant provisions of law.
The claims being propagated have *no factual or evidentiary foundations and appear to a deliberate attempt to defame or discredit Arambai Tenggol.* We categorically deny and reject these falsehood in their entirety. Arambai Tenggol further would like to warn KSO, that instead of circulating false and baseless accusations, any genuine grievance must be addressed through appropriate legal procedure as permissible under the law of the land.
