Office of the
KUKI STUDENTS' ORGANISATION
CONDEMNATION
4th October 2025 Saturday
Administrative Office: Leimakhong Hills Town
The Kuki Students' Organisation South West Sadar Hills vehemently *condemns the brutal and near-lethal torture inflicted upon Mr. Kamginlen chongloi by the extremist group Arambai Tenggol on the midnight 2 October 2025 between Makhan and Leikhanpokpi. This savage and act is a monstrous crime that tramples on the dignity of life and strikes at the very core of justice and the rule of law.
The nation cannot afford to tolerate such lawlessness. These cold-blooded offenders must be dealt with firmly and decisively under the full force of the law. Anything less would be a betrayal of justice and an open invitation to further crimes.
The KSO demands the Ministry of Home Affairs *to immediately intervene and take uncompromising steps to arrest and punish the perpetrators of this heinous crime. Swift and decisive action is the only acceptable response to ensure justice for Mr. Kamginlen chongloi and to dismantle the prevailing culture of impunity that allows such crimes to continue unchecked.
We categorically warn that should the Ministry and relevant authorities fail to act with urgency and firmness, the KSO will be compelled to resort to every form of democratic agitation to seek justice and protection for our people. Continued silence or inaction will be considered as complicity, and the government will be directly accountable for the consequences of its failure.
The KSO further underscores that the repeated atrocities of Arambai Tenggol have plunged the Kuki-Zo community into a state of fear and insecurity. The government carries the constitutional and moral responsibility to safeguard the lives, dignity, and safety of every citizen, and any neglect of this duty will not be accepted.
The KSO stands resolute and unyielding: justice must be delivered without delay, impunity must be eradicated, and the safety of the Kuki-Zo community must be ensured at all costs.
