Documents Required. Candidates are required to carry the following certificates in original alongwith two photocopies duly attested.
1. Birth certificate issued by Registrar of Birth & Death OR 10h class Board
certificate mentioning date of birth

2. Educational certificates alongwith marksheet and Board certificate.
3. Domicile certificate with photographs issued by Tehsildarl District Magistrate.
4. Copies of good quality passport size coloured photographs.
5. PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
6. Caste/ Tribe/ Community certificate affixed with photographs of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/ Sub Divisional Magistrate/ District Magistrate.
7. Religion certificate to be issued by the Tehsildar/ SDM (if religion as "SIKHI
HINDU/ MUSLIMI CHRISTIAN" is not mentioned in the caste certificate).
8. Character certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal
9. Corporation/ SHO/ Head of Educational Institute within last six months.
10. Married/ Unmarried cetificate issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
11. Relationship certificates who are son of serving soldier/ son of Ex-servicemen/
son of war widow are required to produce relationship certificate issued by Record office.
12. A declaration in affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM making declaration of relationship duly signed by 1 Class/Executivel Judicial Magistrate.
13. Original discharge book of Ex-servicemen with name and date of birth recorded in it.
Sports certificates 14. issued by National/ State Sports Authorities OR Government
bodies of particular sport, for participation at International National (Seniorl Junior level)
IKhelo India Games/ State level upto 4m position in team/ State school team.
